Improvements:
WXGEN-5431 - Faculty Audit Flag
Introduce an "Audited" flag for faculty in the Admin Panel and faculty upload. When enabled, all cohorts taught by that faculty will automatically issue the Wadhwani Certificate of Exemplary Achievement. If not audited, existing certificate rules stay the same.
WXGEN-5717 - Viability Evaluation Setup in Course Creation
Allow admins to enable Viability Evaluation during course creation.
